Larger supermarkets and off licences aside, most retailers in Northern Ireland will not have to pay rates this year, Finance Minister Conor Murphy has announced.
If Coronavirus affects your business, help is available!
Up until the 20th May 2020, a one off grant of £25,000 is available to ratepayers of businesses in retail, hospitality and tourism in Northern Ireland, operating in a premise with the rateable value of £15,001 or up to £51,000.
The NFRN welcomes this additional help for businesses.
The NI Executive is providing one-off grants to small businesses to help them to meet their ongoing business costs.
