We have noticed that several of our members are raising issues about service failings via their local WhatsApp groups. Whilst WhatsApp is a great way for members to keep in touch with each other about issues in their local area it is important to remember that the Connect team do not always monitor activity on these groups.
Should you experience wholesaler service issues it is important that you contact Connect directly on 0800 121 6376 or by emailing email@example.com. This way a member of the Connect team can address your issues directly with the offending wholesaler.
Not only will this, hopefully, lead to a swift resolution for you it will also ensure that the NFRN’s reporting and statistics are accurate, enabling the news team to identify areas where wider problems exist. This will then allow them to direct the appropriate questions to senior management at the problem depots to ensure that service returns to an acceptable level as soon as possible.
