Change of company name / change of banks
Menzies has announced they are changing how their name appears on customer bank statements. From 20 February 2019, you will see the name “Menzies Distribution Ltd” appear on your statement instead of “John Menzies Distribution Ltd”. You do not need to take any action as a result of this change.
Along with the name change, the news wholesaler has also confirmed that from 21 February 2019 it is changing its sponsoring bank from Lloyds Bank plc to Royal Bank of Scotland. Again, this change does not affect you as a customer and your arrangements with Menzies Distribution Ltd remain the same.
If you have any questions about these changes please call the Menzies Credit Control Team on 0131 469 4801.
