For many members NFRN Connect is the fifth emergency service. The team provide professional and friendly support, particularly on wholesaler matters.

Previously known as the NFRN Helpline, NFRN Connect is a dedicated member call centre to assist you with all queries and new business opportunities.

How NFRN Connect can help you

NFRN Connect gives members immediate access to advisors for help and guidance on a range of issues including wholesaler problems and publisher complaints. By phoning the call centre members can report late deliveries, shortages or credit queries.

Information is also available on store and business development opportunities such as NewsproStore2Door and the Model Shop Programme and the team of advisors can put members in touch with commercial deals and provide help with basic legislation and health and safety questions.

Members can also use NFRN Connect to request a visit from their local retail development manager.
